I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.

Am I being still considered by D (if not I will atleast join acc) , if so how long it will it take from Pre hire survey to offer release usually in D (for consultant position ) ??

My YOE is 4 years. Pls guide me folks....

Started the process 2 weeks ago with HR and now they've ghosted me since then, though they said I have stuff to fill out ASAP. Normal? How flexible is WFH or dual model going forward post Covid? Am interested in this position and going to tax, but not be able to relocate for family reasons. Don’t want to drive 700 miles per week M-F. What will dual model be like going forward? 1-2 times week, 4-5 month? Seems like tax was more flexible than audit pre-Covid

i don't know y i was not selected, and i think its still worth it to reach out. 1 because i think i did well in the interviews and 2 its saves both of us time - to know if i should pursue further or not. Thoughts?

I have a background in finance, having been a Finance Disbursing Officer in the Army for 6 years with one deployment in that role.
