Attended multiple first rounds for mphasis(full time - Texas location). But still I didn’t hear any feedbacks from any of the interview panels/consultancy companies. Seems like they are conducting interviews for name sake and letting us to get wait for the results (for more than a month)

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

For those of you with high-functioning anxiety/depression/PTSD/OCD and similar diagnosed disabilities, how do you cope? What sorts of work accommodations do you receive or where have you found the best working environment? Is government a good place to be? I’ve heard about “big companies” being good being thrown around as a general idea but I don’t trust anyone enough in HR at my “big company” to disclose anything to them. Big law for 8 years (litigation/antitrust) and have never enjoyed the work. It’s too late to try a new practice area and am thinking about either leaving the law or going in house. Any non law ideas?

Any advice for monitoring employees while working from home? Our phone system works from an app in our cells and we have remote access to our files and computers. So should be business as usual but doesn’t seem so. Either they aren’t working or they aren’t being productive. Either way, looking for some ideas to keep the staff productive and accountable.
