I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager. Can anyone tell me if there are Customer Success Managers, etc positions that manage customers post sale and have a similar range base as me with commission plans? I’m just trying to understand income potential.

Question to immigrants with parents overseas. Anyone has experience getting their parents approved for tourist visa while immigration petition for parent is pending (I am US citizen, moms case is slowly moving and I desperately need her come visit). Tech company lay offs….are they soon to be inevitable?!

There is lots of companies really taking a hit in the tech space. Is this something that people are nervous about? Many seem to still be having a hiring push but with the button falling (IMO this is still just start we have a long way to go to bottom out) will that halt and layoffs ensue? And if so, which depts do you think will get hit the hardest?

Anyone have insight to what the plan is at UpStart for example?
