i had an interview with Genpact last week, The HR informed me that i got selected and discussed my salary.

Then provided a link to upload my past salary slips and CTC breakup.

But, post that there is no response back from HR for the last 4-5 days.

Any idea what the process looks like or how many days i have to wait to receive the offer letter (is the offer letter released post-BG?) or any other plans HR might have Genpact

I have interview for HCL for network engineer/administrator role. How much should I ask during salary discussion?

Applied here and interviewed (presumably to the final round) and didn’t end up with an offer, I think due to the specific experience I’ve had so far. I want to definitely try again in the future when I get more experience. Is there a specific grace period that is ideal? Would this look bad if I apply again since I’ve been rejected before?

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Today, during an interview, the Director with whom I was interviewing genuinely urged me to consider pursuing a career as a PA or even attempt to go to medical school. I had considered it in passing before but today was about the third or fourth time that someone had earnestly nudged me in that direction. Has anyone here made such a career pivot before?
