my joining was in Jan26 Genpact. I was hired through project-based hiring and I worked on the project till April. Due to the toxic behavior of my TL,I took release from the project. Currently,I have been on the bench since May,till now I've not received any calls or mails from anyone project related.
In the beginning I only received a mail from the Talent Match team regarding an updated CV. Because of this situation, I am getting stressed.especially since my probation period is still ongoing.

Shes moving for about 60% more pay from external audit to senior accounting. Shes extremely sad and im confused why these firms are so uptight about this. Hi there, for years of experience (YOE), can I include/count the work experience I had while still studying? Those experience include

1) internship experience -> can it be counted as YOE?

2) Startup I founded (actual startup, but it was done during my uni days)

I was recently promoted, and now part of my team report to me. I'm now able to see their pay rates and I am honestly so disappointed in the company. Especially since we just gave annual raises in Feb, plus we can all see where the money is going and it's not to the employees. Makes me sick
