How do I get a FAANG in-house position? Currently in-house at a publicly traded tech company, but the pay is super low. I applied to FAANG many times but never hear back. Where do I search for the positions, and how do I get their attention?

I've cleared 2 rounds of interview , Technical and Managerial for Luxoft Poland. They are also in process of going for Client round. I opted for Advance hiring process. Will there be offer only after Client round qualification from Luxoft?

Hi, I am working in F500 company and moving from US to Canada due to visa constraints. I have been offered 10% increase to move from US salary to Canada salary. Is it a norm? I'm dealing with a local government agency. I have a decision approved or Denied sent by email but the basis of that decision is being snail mailed. It's driving me crazy. Now I have way less time to write an appeal then if they just sent it by email.

R Systems - 28 LPA - Remote

YOE - 6.5 years

Looking for stability, decent WLB and good growth opportunity. Difference of 1-2 lacs doesn't matter too much.

These are the final options I have. No more interviews/offers lines up.
