Is there any way to track the application status in Tech Mahindra? Can Tech Mahindra employees track the application for someone to check offer letter status? I submitted documents last week for the offer procedure, initially HR picked up my calls, now he is disconnecting the call.

YES!!! Make your startup your whole personality and BS about it! Business schools love that! Business Schools love confidence even if you don't know what you are discussing. That is half of the schooling. Business Schools love entrepreneurs!!! At worst, you wasted one seat from a future McKinsey Consultant, which they have dozens of. At best, you will be the CEO of a unicorn startup who will donate $$$ to their endowments. Just make sure your GMAT is at least somewhat presentable (680 or above in old scale) if you are White or Asian.
Got it. Thanks!
It matters! Showcasing you’ve built your own company is helpful as you’ll bring entrepreneur know-how.
I would ask about your eventual goals — I’ve heard spending the money on the degree vs. just growing your business instead and skipping B-school. Each has pros/cons.
Having an MBA myself, I’d say an MBA is not needed to succeed; often times the frameworks do actually deter you from making risky moves because MBAs teach you how to mitigate and manage risk. Not having that background allows you to take more risks and keep accelerating growth.
I’m not sure if it helps or not. It’s the story you tell and how B-school will help with your development. It also depends what schools you’re applying to specialize in.
