So I’m about to start my interview process for Capital One next week for a Senior Financial Analyst position. My recruiter going give me a prep call on Friday but I wanted any advice that recruiters don’t tell you during the interview process. Also I wanted to ask if Capital One a decent place to work at. I will be working at the one in McLean Virginia if that helps.
Any thoughts on XPENG IPO this week?

If you want growth and career development, then Hospitals will be the best place for you. But if you want chill and social life friendly job, then work in the Clinics.
Where I live, the clinics are always run down and poorly equipped - so, hospital.
A clinic if it's well funded and community based. A hospital otherwise, and usually. Nice to have consistency which clinics can't always offer.
I've been in both, so I know which one works for me. Clinics are nice and a lot less hectic, but being in a hospital made me grow more and has trained me to handle stress in a more healthy manner.
Working at a clinic is a great way to start fresh in the medical field. But hospitals will benefit your career growth for the better.
Hospitals. I have grown to love the busy environment. It also helps with your career growth and network.
Hospitals. Especially if you’re looking for a bustling working environment with an ever-changing array of situations, a hospital might be a great fit. Working in a clinic is also good for someone who doesn't want to work in a fast-paced environment.
Hospitals for sure
Hospitals. I don't have anything against clinics but I prefer hospitals. It's way busier and crowded but I like it that way.
