I'm not really networking at all. I accept LinkedIn requests, but that's honestly about it. The whole idea has always made me feel a bit uneasy, and I haven't had a problem landing jobs without it. I should probably prioritize it a bit more, but it's hard to want to do when I have no plans of leaving my current job soon.

That's totally fair and if you aren't having issues with landing jobs and aren't planning to leave soon then there's no real reason to go out of your way to do it if you don't want to
I feel like I am seriously neglecting my networking and I don't know how to get myself back into it. I'm currently fully remote and that significantly limits the people I see on a daily basis. I've been thinking about looking into local design groups to keep my skills sharp and to meet people, but I keep putting it off.

Yea I know the feeling. Its definitely so much harder to build that connection when you can't just quickly chat about things or make conversation the same way you do if you were in an office setting. I feel like when you're working remotely, everything becomes so transactional unless you really know the person already
I push myself to network at least once a week. It's either a networking event in person or online, a quick call with someone new on LinkedIn, or someone from my church or club that I invite to do something. You don't have to network only for the job.. You can meet people who think like you, who could open new opportunities to you, or even be a friend and mentor. I do that because someone I met knew other people who gave me the best job I could ever get, and that was because I was always networking. So, I love to network because it can open a new world for every person you meet.

I definitely wish I could be more like this but it drains me so much to network this way. I feel like I barely have time for myself and my close circle of friends already so adding in time for new people who I barely know can be hard to fit in but I know I have to make time so I'm working on it
It's always been that way, and will likely always be that way.
Or become the person everyone wants.
