How are people able to edit or restructure their compensation plan?? I got 2.5% hike this cycle, and that went into HRA, so now I wanted to Maximize my basic. which I am not able to do. L9 here. but many people are commenting that they were able to maxime their basic.

Also I am able to switch my PF from Y to F. so the remaining money I should be able to add to my basic. that also I am not able to do it.

Note - My basic was already at Max before this.
