I would say 30–40%, which is rare and usually reflects a big jump in level or responsibilities. Suffice to say, I’m happy where I am and wouldn’t move unless it was a huge jump. Would anyone say current circumstances impact that number a lot?
I definitely want to feel like it’s worth it. I’d rather one big move than 4-5 smaller moves.
For me, it would definitely need to be at least 20% for me to consider switching jobs—and honestly, probably closer to 25%. Switching jobs and learning a new company and role is tough, and I’m happy where I am.

I hear you on the 20-25% threshold. Switching roles is a significant investment of energy, so the increase should genuinely offset the learning curve and risk.
