The smaller company has good benefits, great wlb and a great culture per Glassdoor reviews. But its an HR software and not easy to sell.
Compensation is similar.
Never worked in a big company like zoom before, what are the pros, and the drawbacks?

Therapy/coaching – I would check your current employers plan and if possible, EAP, for any deals. I did it in sprints, where I would go really hard for 2 weeks (applying to a ton of jobs, fixing application materials, networking, etc.), and then let myself rot for a week (just checking emails and responding to any interview requests), and repeat so that I wouldn’t feel too rundown.
Those are good ideas! - thank you!
