Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.

I just assume 95% of new social media platforms are bound to fail and only start paying attention once I've been proven wrong. I don't think it makes you bad at your job at all. In fact, I'd argue the opposite. If you tried to build content for every new app out there, you'd never have any time to focus on the established ones that actually matter.

I don’t really dive into new platforms unless I’ve got a huge marketing budget to play with, which hasn’t exactly been the case lately lol. So I just watch and wait to see what actually sticks.

You can’t tell that’s the point. In today’s world things changed so fast. Trends come and go, which is why you got to stay on the ball and constantly roll with it. Then hope you get off a trend before it falls off a popular.
