The only way to brighten up highlights is bleach! Book an appointment with your stylist she can recommend your next move and what products to be using!
If the highlights are looking brassy, use a purple shampoo once a week (depending on how often you wash your hair).
I don’t think the blonde line will do much for you as a brunette? You might be better off with the beautiful color line (it’s the red bottles).
I’ve been wondering this too! I’m a brunette but have some balayage type hair painting done. Any recs?

Agreed on purple shampoo, but it only helps if you’re a high level of blonde from what I’ve heard. This stuff is also decent, too. https://malibuc.com/products/malibu-blondes-collection
Definitely a purple shampoo. I like Barcelona by Pulp Riot and also Pravana (pricier but well worth the investment to upkeep the expensive highlights). Also, if you have hard water, a shower head filter is useful and also a clarifying shampoo once or twice a month makes a big difference. Just don’t overdo the purple shampoo or clarifying shampoo because they’re both really drying.
As someone with dyed platinum blonde hair, the olaplex purple shampoo is my holy grail (but only once a week max). You probably should use a purple shampoo once a week and a shampoo made for color longevity and brightness the rest of the time
Olaplex Purple shampoo is great! But a little goes a long way and be very careful to not over use!
You can’t make them lighter but can change the color (remove brass, gold or yellow). While purple shampoo is great, I just go straight to a toner. Go on eBay and look at matrix color sync (SPV is popular to refreshen blonde). Wash hair w shampoo only, towel dry, and mix toner with 10 volume and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse and apply conditioner!
Get a fresh gloss! Also agree with the purple shampoo
I use cleanditioner from Ulta
Use a metal detox shampoo (K18, L’Oréal, truss, etc). Mineral and metal buildup makes hair yellower/duller, so a detox shampoo can make your hair look brighter. And/or try a shower filter.
Go in for a toner - that can help brighten up and is much less expensive than a highlight session
