Has anyone tried CeraVe daytime face lotion with 30 spf? I use and love the PM (even during the day in winter) and want to add SPF during the day without risking breakouts. Unfortunately I have dry, yet sensitive, acne prone skin.

What would you say to an agency, if they told you the job was yours if you got within budget, that it wasn’t a competitive bid scenario, then worked with you for two weeks and several meetings, to firm up a detailed proposal, assuming an award and sow and kick off... only to reveal there was a lower bidder. At the very least, it means I’ll never work with them. But I’m not sure what to say, really. It’s like they managed to find something worse than ghosting. They lied and took us for a ride.

I was planning to mail each of my 20 employees a Christmas card with a $10 gift card inside. Now don’t get me wrong I desperately wish I could do more for them, but this is coming from my own bank account as my company wouldn’t allow for this type of expenditure this year.
