How do I get my first intership?
I have applied to like a hundred places till now and barely 1-2 of them have responded that too were asking for money, I am a recent Mathematical Science graduate from University of Delhi and very eagerly looking for an internship in the field of data analytics, I have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Expert in python, DBMS, and good knowledge in C++ which are a few of my expertise.

Hello everyone. I am a student with a strong GPA and internship experience but am worried I will not make it through the initial screening process to become a MBB analyst as as I do not go to an Ivy League school. Does anyone have any tips for standing out in the initial selection process?

I don't know if this is a recent change but I’m seeing postings for junior copywriter/community manager roles. Have these roles always been attached or posted at a junior level? Is this merged role worth considering as someone young in the industry with more traditional intern and freelance copy experience.

Description: “$20/hr to JDs, $15/hr to JD students”.
This was our convo.

Need some Advice.. I’m a professional MBA student that was working FT and used an PM internship to transition into the space. I stepped in for an actual PM who was on leave and was doing real work. In august they extended my internship to Nov. Yesterday, They offer me a FT APM role, but it starts July 10 and have to respond by 10/15. Internship still ends in Nov, so no employment for 7 months. I’m not too happy with the offer or the wait. What should I do? I am currently job searching.

Hi all! I’m new! I started the year off planning to save for a home for myself, then rates skyrocketed. So we’re holding off. Fast forward to the final quarter of the year and we were presented with the idea of a residential assisted living facility. The problem there is we’d still need to acquire property in order to run one. The only difference is the RAL would be a business and is already registered as such. What would you do?
My company contracts a web developer, we have a set amount of hours for the quarter and pay over if more work is needed.
He never gets anything done. Doesn’t answer emails half the time. The one thing he’s done was take out a blurb that threatened our eligibility for patent renewal.
We have another company taking over in January, but I still have some pretty important dev needs until then and I can’t get him to do a thing. I truly try to give him all he needs.

My rent is increasing about 10% and the parking is going up even higher. Lease is up in October. Is it too late to look into condos or coops? It’d be right around the same price
