How do I help students increase their reading fluency and stamina?

I took FAR in Aug and AUD last week. Didn’t pass FAR and feeling like I may have passed AUD. My original NTS for them runs out on dec 18. If I get a new NTS for one of them to take before busy season do I have to wait to take it until after my original NTS runs out?

Bcoz in my first two rounds they didn ask anything on my primary skill. Am 3 YOE lateral. Anyone can provide some insights?? TIA
