If you’ve got 3-4 years of experience, congratulations! You’re still in that sweet spot where companies will actually call you back. It’s everyone’s first switch, so you might be left twiddling your thumbs.
Product-based companies might tolerate your 90-day notice period.
If you’re rocking some rare tech skills, you might just get a call, but that’s if the stars align which in most cases do.
Now, if you don’t fit into any of the above elite categories, here’s the playbook:
Update your Naukri profile to show you’re available immediately or within 30 days—because who doesn’t love a little white lie?
Ace the interview and bag that offer based on a 30-day notice period
When day 30 rolls around, start weaving some creative tales for HR: “Oh, my current manager just can’t let me go!”
or
“The project’s about to go live; they need me!”
"the absence of replacement" so need extension"
If HR doesn’t buy it, no worries—you’ve still got 60 more days to find another gig.
What to do if you just have one year experience and want stable job
No it's not by stable job i mean (stable project) a job which can give employee good work here we don't have good projects which gives a table work and we cannot gain any industry exposure here.
