A big thing is keeping my phone in the other room when I'm working. It's amazing how much I automatically reach for my phone throughout the day instead of focusing on what I'm supposed to be doing. And then I get derailed for 5 to 10 minutes at a time, which really eats into my productivity when it's happening 15 times a day. Physically keeping my phone away from my desk has been a huge help and has honestly helped with some of my burnout because I'm able to actually get my work done.

I just hope this approach happens/work because it's really impacting my productivity! Bills never gonna be remorseful to me simply because I don't have focus...
I put my phone somewhere that I can't look at it. I have a really bad habit of falling into a doom scroll if I look at my phone for very long. I usually put it in my desk and don't look at it until I am on my lunch break.

I think I've to take a long break like a month without it! Probably this can alter my brain impulses to rethink and refocus!!!
I absolutely keep the phone in the other room whenever I work from home. It’s an easy distraction and will keep you occupied and waste precious time. Try making it a habit of only checking it when you take a break or at lunchtime. I enjoy a hybrid schedule, because sometimes the office has too many distractions. Good luck, you got this!

Anyway I've to have a different routine/approach because it's really affecting me! I've even decided to be always offline during work and only answer offline calls & sms! Being online is my disaster....
I try to keep my phone in my purse and leave it downstairs so it is harder to check it

It depends for me! Sometimes I don’t check my phone all day and other times, I’m burnt out and checking it to avoid tasks
