Does your manager not notice your team members doing the bare minimum? You could try matching that effort and watch how quickly your manager addresses issues with productivity.

This! When they see high performers slack, then they seem to address it, instead of getting everyone up to the same work ethic.

I’d talk to the manager (w/out naming names). They should then observe and identify the person/people themselves and address the issue.
I need clear responsibilities when this starts happening. Let the other person deal with it, and it should fall back to them. Nothing kills a job faster than picking up the slack for others and nothing ever coming from it.

That’s one of the most frustrating parts of any job. I’ve learned you can’t carry everyone long term without burning out yourself. Doing your part and setting boundaries matters, even if it feels uncomfortable at first.
People that complain about other people’s work ethic are always the lazy/entitled ones in my 23 years of experience.
