I take time to end my Sunday early. Start my Monday early by going for a walk, light exercise watching some nonsense TV and by the time work day starts i am already done with the blues.
Also mentally think Sunday=Monday and when actual Monday starts doesnt feel too bad.
It's the psychology that needed changing for me and also the role project team.
I just have worse things in life to worry about so work isn't so horrible anymore
Put some music on , happy or energy type music , if you have a lunch break go outside for a little bit of it , listen to an audiobook , also try and think about a nice thing . Dig into what’s causing the dread is it the work type, people etc , and try to break the dread into smaller more rational chunks that’s what I find works for me
