I don't know that I would try to dumb it down. Like the person above said, that seems like a flex to me. And I fear when you dumb it down, you may not be able to get the interviews you really want.
Really? I thought having an Ivy on resume is a flex and it’s way easier to get a job in the mkt than someone like me without an Ivy degree? I have an mba from a non target, and a cfa license and it took me 2.5 years to get a new job in this mkt

I don’t think you need to “dumb it down,” but maybe it’s more about framing, like emphasizing stability, hands-on work, and why you’re genuinely interested in that level of role. It’s tough though, some recruiters definitely make assumptions once they see certain credentials.
