I’d keep communication tight: send regular updates, share your to-do list, and be proactive about check-ins without being overbearing. Sometimes managers just need proof you’re on top of things before easing up.

It’s frustrating though as I don’t feel I should be showing them my every move. If the work is getting done it frustrates me that I’d need to prove to them I’m working. But totally get that sending to do lists etc would help
Yeah that isn’t right! Definitely keep your manager updated even more and show you are perfectly capable

I absolutely will do, but I feel it’s such a weakness from their point to have employees need to do that to make them trust they are working
