Anyone received offer from ZS recently?
I just hit $200k NW and it’s been 7 months since I made my post (link below) about hitting $100k NW in Dec ‘21.
I’m just mind-blown since it took me 2.5 years to get the first $100k and it’s snowballed from there. I’ve gone from $82.5k TC to $238k TC plus a $20k appreciation on a house I bought at the beginning of the year
Can’t really talk about finances with friends/family so this is the only place I can share milestones like this haha…we’ll see if I can hit $300k by EOY

I'm wanting to know what people think is better. Kaiser or ucla health for working as an admin staff. Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. But I was alao told kaiser offers a dollar each year as a raise. I want a place I can grown and stsy Long term. Any one have any insight on kaiser and what they offered.UCLA Health Kaiser Permanente

I totally get the frustration! "Other duties as assigned" can feel like a catch-all for things outside your scope. If it’s weighing on you, maybe it’s worth addressing sooner rather than later, even just to get some clarity. It doesn’t hurt to have that conversation before the review, especially if pay’s not matching up.
How long until that annual performance review? If it is really far out, maybe see if you can have a one on one before that and discuss the additional responsibilities. I’d be concerned they keep adding them on and once they get used to it, forget you’d actually like to be paid for them too. Hard to say though, every place is so different when it comes to this.
I'm pretty sure it was in the job discription..... And other duties assigned is mostly whatever they tell you to do 😳🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Just schedule a 1 on 1 with your direct manager. Especially if these extra tasks are stretching you out thin. Hard to say something isnt in your job description unless it's unsafe or you dont have proper certs/training for it. During the meeting, express your concerns and come up with a plan together on how to move forward.
