How do you handle getting caught in office politics between department heads? The head of our medical department lost her assistant and is now taking it out on me, the assistant of another department head. She got me kicked out of a meeting last week while my boss was out for training. I hate office politics and have stuck to working for smaller companies to avoid it. But positions at smaller companies have gotten harder to find. Im not sure what to do.

Leadership only promotes people who kiss ass the most qho have no managerial experience and pass people who actually have experience in a manager role. Leadership never helps you with anything. Managers write you up for no reason amd threaton your job constantly. Ive have leasherip threaten my job while on FMLA and write me up for taking too much time off

Has anyone found success with products to help with eyelid elasticity? 28F and experiencing a lot of wrinkling/ skin sagging on top eyelids. It may be genetics but I admit that I have not been especially kind to them over the years in the way that I apply/ remove makeup (trying to be more gentle now). Have tried retinoids product that are specific to eyelids but that doesn’t seem to help/ just dries them out
