What’s an average base salary for a Personal Injury litigation associate with 1 year of experience in South Florida? I accepted $60k right after passing the bar last year but annual reviews are coming up soon and I want to make a reasonable/realistic negotiation for a raise.

I was given a salary range of 95k-100k for a mulit billion dollar company. Senior financial analyst. Is it unreasonable to ask for 110k or 105k if an offer gets extended? Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. AWS vs Cloudflare BDR roles

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.

If the gross CTC is more than 120K in Poland, tax will be 32% right?

Are there any other deductions apart from this?

My assumption is, we get atleast 68% of our gross. Are there any ways this can further reduce?
