Trust your gut on this. Vibes.
Not to be insensitive to your situation, but does it matter? We go to work because we have bills to pay and obligations to take care of, not to make friends. Sure it’s easier if it can work out that way, but keep focused on the important things, such as being true to your work, and getting a pay check, that is what your there for after all.
I don’t think it’s that easy. You spend 8 hours a day with these people so the nuance of chemistry is ever present. I actually quit a job because someone on my team was insufferable, and a nepo hire so unjustly getting promoted over the rest of us. There’s many variables to what “someone doesn’t like me” means.

When they stop wearing deodorant
Pro
They try to get you fired. Ask me how I know 🤪
Sorry about that, forgive me
In Europe: when it’s obvious they don’t like you.
In the US: when it’s obvious they like you too much.
@FCB 1, I have experience, but not enough to give such a sharp opinion about other continents.
Give us three examples of why you are feeling this, and context
Agree. More context for the tea
When they steal your ideas. 🤦♂️
They can also take credit for everything on a campaign during a large agency meeting when they are called out for a job well done and then not mention others that worked as hard on the same project and was part of the same team.
Additionally talk shit about you to others. Not realizing it will come back to you.
They don’t talk to you unless they really have to
When they start whispering to their colleagues when you walk by.
That is honestly so “high school “!
I would tell you
That statement definitely gives straightforward I dislike you vibes.
If I don’t low-key joke with you or gently tease you soon after meeting you (to gauge your sense of humor), that means I don’t like you.
I don’t care if you’re the CEO, mailroom clerk, on the spectrum, I joke with everyone at least once or twice.
If I really think you’re in a category of an evident dirtbag. You’ll get the inscrutable Gen-Z stare.
If they start acting on that dislike and it makes your job more difficult, write down the date, time, and people present for any incidents to present your case to HR. Maybe you know this but HR works to sustain the company over individuals, so never confide in them emotionally but rather keep it a business relationship with receipts.
By posting this, I feel like you already know the answer
Never happened to me
Pls spill the tea
When they leave a review on Glassdoor saying everyone hates your entire department
I think you know the answer.
If you’re aware of who appreciates you and who doesn’t, I think you might not be focusing on what really matters. Why worry about the opinions of those who don’t matter? As long as your boss is on your side, let the rest of them look on.

When they invite everyone to their b-day but you. Then, the Friday before the event they ask you to go only if you have nothing planned...
