Start searching for a new gig. Keep your job until you firmly land your next one. It’s brutal out here.
You’re keenly aware that ‘good’ is relative. It’s all about what you want to get out of a job. For some, consistent, and maybe predictable work is great, for some it’s learning and growing to get to the next level.
You probably have already done this, but I’d find a way to communicate this with your manager to see if there are any shifts in the types of projects you could take on. If after that discussion there’s no momentum, that’s a clear sign to look for another role elsewhere
