How do you make sure to find time to self-care? (mainly referring to hair masking, oil massaging, facials etc) I really want to start incorporating it in my life but I don't know where to start. Looking for ideas that I can steal :P

I get monthly massages and always schedule the next massage before I leave so it’s on my calendar and blocked. I usually go weeknight evenings or Saturday mornings.

I love this idea! Definitely doing this but I'll probably do a 'once in 90 days' scheme because I think that'd be more affordable for me.

Originally I started small, 15-30min dedicated to whatever distracted me. Wednesdays and Saturdays are now my self care days. I found that blocking 2hrs a week does wonders for me.
I invest in a massage monthly, and the rest of the self care days I put up a movie and do a face mask :)
Sometimes I even order take out vs cooking.

All three of your self care approaches hit the spot for me. Love the planned take out idea :)

Tbh I just wing it… not the best advice but for example on a random day (like today- a Friday) I’m working from home so I’ll take that extra time in the shower, do a face mask - oiled my hair the night before etc… although it’s not most relaxing time for me cause the time is overlapping with work or I’m still stressed about work but hey atleast it did 50% of the job of making me feel better🥲

Probably not the best advice but it sure does sound like the most realistic advice. 50% is much better than 0? :)

i have sport booked in my outlook including tome for way to and back

gym, yes

Weekends are for self care in my opinion. Yoga, massage, facial on Saturdays, hair and nail routine on Sundays set me up for a good week.

I do love doing my own with Sefidab / Roshoor, microcurrent device, lymph massage, and then following up with really hydrating serums and oils (loving Apo.ge honey and hemp right now).

If I’m in the green, I love to do a hydrafacial and splurge on lazer treatments when I can!
