How do you see the future of SAP consulting? I think it’s going to be a wild ride for the next five years or so with all S/4HANA upgrades, but what happens then? New greenfield implementations seem already quite rare.

Obviously there is going to be some smaller ”basic work” but I think the amount of work will decrease significantly after couple of years so are you concerned at all and planning to move to another filed or confident that there will be enough work in the future as well?

3/6 analysts on my team (myself included) did not get a bonus this year without any good explanation besides overall poor team performance. What would you do?
