Find a dermatologist that offers PRP shots for hair loss instead of getting implants. It’s worked really well for a number of friends I have. But fair warning, that shit is painful as hell and you have to keep doing maintenance shots (less frequent after year 1).

If you have to ask you probably are. The first time you notice, you usually go through a period of shock and denial. Eventually that passes and you get sad and anxious. Then that passes and you accept you are balding and deal with it and you become happy again

Pull back hard on hair over temples. If it seems like there’s less thickness, you are likely losing your hair a bit on the temples.
That being said, don’t be too paranoid. Go to a dermatologist if you’re legitimately concerned and ask about lower risk treatments.
How does hairline have thickness
I have very thick hair, but recently turned 30 and noticed hair coming out when I shower, etc.
Starting taking finastride like 2 months ago and it’s helping, super easy to get prescribed. To be honest, I have no idea if I need it, but I’m playing it safe
Also the ED thing is completely overblown - it’s 2% of people and me nor anyone else I’ve spoken to has had an issue. It’s 2022, no reason to go bald if you have the money
The alternative is you go bald in 3-5 years and get surgery and hope it grows back. I’ve had a friend get two transplants and he still has a bald spot. He always says he wishes he would’ve started earlier - You gotta attack this shit head on

If your hair is thinning then you might be balding. However, my hair was thinning bc I was on a string of very stressful projects. Took myself out of the stressful environment and my hair went back to normal.

I was blessed with thin hair and always just cut it short. All I can say is it only matters as much as you make it matter. Confidence is more important then hair on your head. But you got to be comfortable with yourself and do whatever it takes to feel good. Worrying about it won’t help, i am sure there are ways to to help it if you so chose

Could be completely useless info. I lost hair in my early 20’s due to a traumatic injury. It was bad enough to put me in a wheelchair for a year. My wife was losing handfuls of hair the first time she got Covid. So unrelated things can contribute to hair loss. In both cases it cleared up within months.
Second this. OP, it may not be true “balding.” Have you been sick recently? Have you had a thorough blood test and a checkup with your PCP in the last year? Personally, I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism, and hair loss was a major symptom.

If you keep getting paranoid about it, you will have more hair loss - stop focusing on the loss and start addressing the problem if it is nutrition related or harmonal imbalance or indigestion or it’s hereditary

Agree about going to see a dermatologist. There may be things you can do to minimize or improve hair growth. But also, don’t stress about it. If you are losing hair, keep it short or even shave it.

Try to look at old pics and see if your hair always looked like that. I was freaking out cause I became aware I have high peaks/corners but looked at old pics and saw it was always like that. Now I take pics every month or so to validate that I’m not actually losing anything

Balding sucks, but being bald is fine… Every group has at least one girl that is in to bald guys. I’ve been bald since I was 20. Met my beautiful wife when I was 26. She laughs at pictures of me with hair. You will be fine. One day you’ll play a great game and meet the love of your life. You most certainly will not care about being bald any more. Just own it.

Balding is genetic, and comes through the mother's side. If your mom's dads / brothers are balding, you will be balding also. Sorry dude.
If you're south asian please dont be one of those skinny guys holding on to the last remnants of hair. Shave it off, grow a beard, lift some weights and you'll look awesome.

1) check if you are finding hair on your pillows
2) take a couple pics from a few angles or ask your friends to look at your head
3) run your hand through your hair and see how many (if any) come loose
4) buzz your hair and see how it grows back
Nothing comes out when I run my fingers through my hair. It just comes off when I shower
