How do you tell the difference between normal work pressure that helps you grow and unhealthy pressure that’s slowly burning you out and at what point do you actually push back?

I’v been in digital marketing for almost 5 years. I want to switch to marketing operations or research, because I find I’m better at and more interested in market research, audience research than keyword research or writing ad copies. I applied for some marketing research and operations roles, but no luck.

I understand I don’t have enough direct experience and platform experience, like Nielsen.

Any advice?

Is this normal? Have only 2 interviews for my on-site and then would have another “informal chat” with VP if I pass on-site before sending to HC, haven’t read of anyone else with this experience

I feel like every pharma concept I’ve ever seen or created becomes so cheesy once it appears in tactics. Any nurses here not have hospital experience? I work as a community nurse and have previous experience in an assisted living and clinic. I don’t have much interest in going to the hospital. Been a nurse for about 9 years. Started out as LPN and now I have small children and enjoy my flexibility. Any regrets for those that never did the hospital ?

As of late, my work related anxiety has reached new levels and it’s really starting to affect me mentally. I’m part of a great team; I’m trusted and supported, have a great track record, there are no issues, and have been no incidents. Regardless, my professional self perception and confidence is so rattled as of late, it’s almost like a paralysis at times. I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research. I’ve been with the company 8.5 years & am the only one in my role, which they can’t operate without. I execute tasks from two investment advisors and two financial planners - they make the decisions of what should happen & I make it happen.

1. London base salary but I have to absorb all the expenses (train + stay)
I am thinking to negotiate to

2. home base salary and have my expenses paid for

I know that's depends on the amount I have to travel (and potentially stay) but at the moment this is unknown. Past 8 months was just twice a month + 2 nights stay.

The only thing I know is it won't be every week, the return trian ticket is about £80-100, depends I could plan ahead.
