Hi Google - I am requesting guidance!
I am prepping for my interview specifically GCA and open ended questions. I struggle to tell if the outcome should be talking through your process/steps (maybe for a question like - how would you go about determining program complexity) vs a specific solution such as create x new product, for x market by x date based on my assumptions. Is the desired outcome something I can clarify with the interviewer?
Cleared Accenture Skill interview by answering almost all the questions and received congratulatory mail for HR round and submitting all documents. Then after a week received a call from HR saying that due to some technical issue, the skills round will happen again and an online assessment was set up. In the assessment, questions which were not directly related to the profile were asked and then a rejection mail was received. Does this happen a lot?

Hello Everyone,
I am a fresher with over 9+ months of experience as a Data Engineer at Tata Consultancy .
I just needed some suggestions from you experienced folks.🙏
In my current project my colleagues have over 6+ years of experience and are not very supportive and scold me for unnecessary reasons, which is effecting my mental health.😔
Also I am not getting to learn anything.

The standard is to leave it inline with the original roles at the company - most recent to least recent
E.g.,
Super cool consulting

I would not say you were fast tracked. If the person is familiar with consulting, they will know the timelines for promotion. If they’re not, all it’s going to do is make you look like you have an ego
Yeah I thought the same regarding fast tracking lol. Appreciate it!
2 seperate roles under same company
If you are asking how to track with projects vs company role I normally do it like this
Analyst - Project role 1 (dates)
Analyst - Project role 2 (dates)
Sr. Analyst - Project role 2 (dates)
Etc.
That way it shows the difference in project roles and also includes promotions. On top of that, I tailor it to the job I am applying to, so if project 1 is the only one that relates to the job I am applying to, I will just have it listed as
Analyst (dates)
Senior analyst (dates)
And in the description under each role I pull in everything from both projects that could help my case for said job, sort of combining the projects in my descriptions. Hope that helps!
Got it, thank you!
Follow up- do you mention if you’ve been fast tracked? Personally feel like it would be a weird bullet to add but have also heard of some doing this.
