A disruption in one part of the supply chain can ripple through the whole system, affecting lead times, costs, and even customer satisfaction. We definitely went through this big time during and after Covid. We always have to stay agile and anticipate how these disruptions might impact other moving parts in the chain, trying to stay vigilant again now with the new tariffs.

McKinsey & Company How likely is McKinsey to rescind an offer if there's a recession/downturn before my start date? Received an Associate offer with a start date early in the Fall. But I'm worried about the offer being rescinded due to the ongoing McK scandals/issues and a potential recession in the making (which may prompt them to freeze hiring and/or renege offers).

Has this happened to anyone before at McKinsey, offer getting rescinded due to economic/company downturn? A bit worried

I’m currently in a 1BR for $2400. Am I crazy to pay $3k for a studio in a much nicer building in the same area? My current building is trash and I realized having an updated kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room would be really nice, but not sure if it’s worth the price tag vs finding another place at $2500ish. I’ll be local for the foreseeable future even post-COVID
