Working in logistics I speak with a lot of different customers, carriers, warehouses, brokers, etc and I am looking for a way to organize the notes I have for each one that I can filter through. My company most likely won’t purchase new software but we do have basic Microsoft programs. TIA !

Has anyone been successful in negotiating the schedule on a global pregnancy bill? My provider won't bill by visit and split the global cost into four payments all due by the 28th week. I don't understand how that's legal since it is so off the calendar of services and crosses calendar years (and insurance coverage), where most costs are incurred at the end of pregnancy with increased visit frequency and delivery.
