How does the Zalando C-Suite management provide supeervisor training to induce nonviolent communication with the staff and ensure 360 degree feeback in the organization?

There are aggressive managers that are endorsing violent communication towards staff without any recourse, even when contacting HR for assistance, including compliance officers.

Question about inclusion…. I’ve been teaching inclusion for 5 years so I’m still a newb, but a first year coworker of mine said she got points off on her observation because her kids were scattered in the classroom and she was having to move from kid to kid to assist. While I see the point of putting them together for convenience, I don’t agree with this at all! To me this is like singling them out by putting them all together instead of INCLUDED amongst peers. What do y’all think?
