- How and when is the yearly review cycle?
- Do you get more RSU for hikes or it is standard 25% vesting at the end of each completed year?

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.
