How hard is it to get an expat job in Singapore these days?

Hi all, I’m looking for some honest insight here, I’m currently working in another SEA country on an expat visa and have 10+ yrs of career in branding & marketing (mainly mobile and entertainment). I’m hoping to move to SG, but finding Sr roles offering visa sponsorship has been extremely hard in past couple months.

Any suggestions?

I was wondering what kind of contractual or other barriers I might face if I apply for one of the big 4 while working on a project with them in my current company.
I am not too involved in the project but I was in a few meetings and went on a field trip with them as well.
The position that I am applying for is in a different team and city.
Will this considered “poaching” if the consulting firm hires me? Would they need to talk to my current employer?
