Any reason on why you are asking to avoid sandoz?
I personally see Sandoz is doing very well , Culture wise , BPF , Share price and also this is the decade for generics .
Culture cannot be judged site wide. It is very specific for different teams and is based on the people who form and run the smaller teams.
My opinion is to avoid generalizations and get an idea of specific team relevant data points (if possible).
Also, in terms of employee related policies none come even close to Novartis.....not even Sandoz the severed arm.
Sanofi after 5 years is still a WIP project with lack of clarity on their vision for India sites and most importantly some sub par people at helm.
Amgen is just budding and I have no experience there.
If work life balance copared to ZS is what you seek you will not be disappointed in any of these.
Learning curve is better in Sandoz and I hope Amgen too owing to their business priorities and launch pipelines.
Novartis is generally very lax for most teams I have had a chance to interact with.
Sanofi again is more two steps forward and one step backward kind of a deal.
Don't go to Sandoz/BMS
Either stay in ZS or switch to Novartis/Amgen/Lilly/Sanofi
Can you share reason to not go to Sandoz but go to Amgen where people are constantly complaining about the culture and toxicity?
