Have you ever applied to a lower level position and convinced them to just give you the title you already have? Is it just a matter of salary and if they can afford you/your title?

But the HR is saying they can offer only 36% hike.
YOE: 6
CCTC : 12 LPA fixed.

How should I proceed with this.

I am holding 3 offers-
1) BOSCH - 13LPA
2) DTICI - 14.5LPA + 1JB
3) MIQ - 18 LPA
Does BOSCH/DTICI entertain counter offers? Also please suggest which to join?
YOE: 2.8 Stack: Java Full Stack

How far should I negotiate the following offer?

YoE: 13.5 years
Offer: 52L fixed + 8L bonus
Role: Member of Technical Staff
Current CTC: 31L fixed + 3L bonus
