Making a career change to being a senior data analyst. Coming from a retail accounting background with self-taught and mentored SQL, Power Bi, and Tableau. Any thoughts on McKool Smith? Considering lateral opportunity to IP Litigation group (Dallas office) as mid-level associate. Seems they have a decent reputation for plaintiff-side patent litigation, however, their peak may be tied to the heyday of EDTX patent litigation (late 2000s/early 2010s). Where do they stand today (in terms of work flow/quality, associate opportunities, culture, quality of life, etc.)?

Task - Notice period complete all pending task , provide KT to team or new team members.

2016-2022 : Notice period : 60 days to 90 days.
Task - no leave so assign all task to notice period employee. Assign so much work so he/she will need to work for atlist 10hr and utilise all notice period.
