Just started a new role in finance and I’m the only woman on the team. It’s been 3 weeks and the guys have been pretty unwelcoming and kind of rude. The first day everyone was welcoming but it went downhill since. One of them keeps trying to scare me that the work will get hard etc and there’s always awkward silence and sometimes unnecessary rude remarks. I just started and don’t feel right what should I do.

I think I am a pretty good programmer. I can do clean coding and make complex systems that are easily maintainable and understandable for my colleague's at a good pace. However, my personality afk is completely the opposite, I'm messy, incoherent in speech, easily confused and distracted and perceived as ditzy. I've been accused of being dumb sheep. (If you know mbti I'm a stereotypical ENFP)

Recently attended an interview from one of the top IT firms . I'd never seen any such worst process in any of my life .
Since I'd attended an interview long back i was surprised to receive this call and HR informed me that I'll be having a HR round and the day comes i joined the call ( literally they didn't even ask a single HR question and it was completely about TR) when I reached out to HR . I was told this was a TR + MR
Whose mistake is this ? wasn't their job to inform us properly about?

Hi buddies, I have 4YOE(Other industry)+4 YOE in Mortgage industry. Going for interviews but they are not accepting me with these experiences in any other industries. Yes i understood I am not relevant to some industries but i can also learn and can do the same job but I am not getting any offer...is that my fault to do KPO/BPO jobs in my past and now also?
