How is the Lead QA, UAT testing profile at Threadneedle business line?

Anyone else have a positive screener interview with HR, good thank-you email exchange follow-up, and then not hear anything for over a week? This doesn’t seem normal…but I’m still waiting.

I got an offer to work at a Gensler office, but something has come up and need to move/work in a different city. Can I ask them to transfer me before I accept the offer? Will they do this if there is the same role currently open in the new city?

The crazy thing is they were just named the best local municipality to work for. It's upsetting. They advertise a "culture" but don'tapply it. It felt like a used car sales pitch, I was sold a dream but given junk. I am constantly replaying moments. I have read so many books and everything leads to they were the problem. Any one make a move from fund admin after big 4 assurance and then was able to make a pivot to a PE fund accounting team? I am considering moving to a fund admin now. Have 9+ years of big four experience. Worried that I can get stuck in fund admin. But I have interviewed at several big name pe shops and make a few rounds on interviews but then get the same feedback that they are worried about my lack of operational experience.
