How likely will I be CTL’d?

Started at McK in the beginning of the year but I’ve only had two 8 weeks studies so far. Average beach time has been ~2 months and don’t have a strong existing network at the firm. Previous teams seem to have given me good feedback however. Reviews are coming up and I’m starting to get a bit nervous.

Wanting to switch from litigation to in house. What should I make sure I do before I start applying? Do referrals from someone inside a company matter that much when applying? I'm burnt out, I need an escape from billables. Help me out!
