Bain & Company I have a second round with Bain & Company coming up at the DC office for Experienced Consultant role. Excited, but hella nervous. Recruiter said it’d be 3 separate interviews, all with Partners; 2 case, 1 fit. About 40 mins each. First round was 2 case interviews with Sr. manager & Associate Partner. Been a rough year, so definitely looking forward to this opportunity. I’ve been on the site and going through preparation and materials. Any advice or suggestions welcomed!

Took me 1 year.. but I wasn’t ready. So I would say prepare for 2 years
what is consultant level called in Accenture and how to change to it from analyst level....I just know after analyst level , its senior analyst...so kindly suggest
Accenture 4 that might be in your case, you took 5 years to be SSE. Here I know my friend's and others who got promoted to SSE within a year or max 2 years. So please don't misguide others
Depends on making factors. Sometimes you don’t get promoted because no slots available or maybe that year nothing much going on in your project compared to other analysts you are competing again for promotion
This is to say there is no straight math to it
