It depends on where the leads come from. Cold leads you could to have anywhere from 50 to 100 nos before before you get that one Yes. Hot leads the average is better.
I’ve joked that sales should come with a “number of no’s to a yes” chart. For me, thinking in terms of ratios helps: if I know I get 1 yes for every 20 no’s, each no feels less personal and more like progress.
