How many of you fishes have yet to step foot in an Accenture office? Thoughts on going back?

I take immense comfort in knowing that chances are, I cross paths with some of you daily. Does anyone else notice this? It’s fascinating.

Is it common for a midlevel to gossip with a first year about another first year’s work? Is it common for midlevels to trash juniors amongst themselves? I think my office is hella toxic

Anyone feel like your job sees you as "one of the good ones?" It hasn't explicitly been said, but I'm one of the only Black attorneys at the firm and I think my white colleagues and partners see me as an example of how Black folks "should be" cause I mind my business. Basically I feel like a token, and I don't know how to shift that idea while staying professional.

How normal is it to be pulled off a trial team because you tell your boss you are moving after trial? I have a trial coming up first week of Oct. This case has been my baby, and I’m going to try it with my boss. I tell my boss up front that, for family reasons, I’ve gotten a new job and will be moving to another city two weeks after trial will likely end. He then gives my trial witnesses to another attorney, but is still going to make me do grunt work. Is he unreasonable or am I?

Had a run of bad client experiences. Walking away after multiple pitch rounds, passing our ideas to other agencies, unreasonable budgets, etc. What are the brands that actually respect their agencies?
