Me. I've failed 10+ times so my worst fears have already come true lol. I like to schedule my exams for 12:30 since my test center usually calls me once my seat frees up and lets me come in early. That way I can do all the processing and intake without waiting on any line. I also like 12:30 so that I can have a relaxed morning and sleep in a little, eat some breakfast, use the bathroom (nervous shits are no joke) etc. I've started doing a test taking meditation in the car when I get to prometric too.

Same had to take a xanax before my last test 🤦‍♂️

I need this tbh. I have so much anxiety and freak myself out during it

Always happened to me. Just gulped half a cold brew before and once I started testing I changed my mindset to killer mode. Fake it till you make it.

funny

Also I scheduled my exams at a test center open on weekends and bought a motel near the test center. Literally worked every time. It might be extreme but it really helped me to lock in.

Yes, in the exact same position. Let me know if you figure out a solution 😅

Never been good at taking tests all throughout college, didn’t have anything to do with my knowledge on the subject, I just always struggled with them. Going back to that place for the CPA is giving me a lot of anxiety, and I’m typically not a very anxious person

Some gummies helped

I recommend doing the practice exam you can do, it helped me lower a lot of anxiety just around actually taking the exam. I’m still studying, but it helped

Breathe breathe breathe. It works faster than a Xanax, wine or a gummy. And it won’t mess up the circuits you need firing for the intellect.

I think it might be time for me to find a new job and pursue sobriety, but I don't feel like I'm a rock bottom which is the only time I've ever seen people really commit to it (my father). Apathy isn't the right word but I just kind of feel numb about everything and I think being sober would maybe help.

I’ve been depressed for years now and this past week I lost a dog I’ve had for 15 years; he was one of the only bright spots in my life and I’ve just found it so hard to focus or motivate myself on anything after this. I genuinely feel like I’m at rock bottom, Idk if I’m crazy to feel that way bc of a dog but I used to be able to control this and put up a front but now my depression and anxiety are starting to leak into my work conversations completely unintentionally, I wish this would stop :(

If Biden wins, the media will begin to message the following;

-The worst COVID risks and outcomes are to people with identifiable risk factors such as obesity and diabetes.

-Most other people who catch it will experience a bad flu.

-Many other people who catch it won't even know they have it.

-It's not commonly transmitted by touching objects and person to person transmittal is low risk except in close contact.

The media will then message that we should;
