I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Except our generation will just leave amid we’re being mistreated, not complain for 35 years making 50k and 0 advancement.

How do I go from SDR/BDR to being a Sales Engineer?

My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster. I’ve barely taken any days off this year and pick up “skeleton crew” days any chance I get. I was able to work out a deal with my company before I came because of prior experience luckily, but they offer a terrible base salary and sham of a commission structure to new hires + no remote.
