How much salary can I ask for a senior associate internal role?

Interviewed yesterday but couldn’t get the salary range from the recruiter until I told her my current compensation. Does that frustrate anyone else? I hate that.

Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. For example, if I have someone working on Christmas (Sunday), they should be paid 1.5 but what if they work on Monday as well?I know this might sound silly to some people but I’m covering for payroll for the holidays and I don’t want to mess up!

I feel like in our school they are asking more and more of aides and other staff with no certification (beyond HS diploma). I currently have an offer from both IBM and TCS for database developer role. IBM's package is a slightly less than what TCS has offered. Is it just me or are there entirely too many people in Business Services, specifically TC’s, who are just folks from client service that don’t want to deal with hours and travel anymore but have no formal training in the Business Services function they transition to? It seems to me very few TC’s are professionals in HR with any background, training or certifications in HR.
