Package has arrived! 💯

Hi Fishers, I have accepted Walmart offer and my BGV has started 3 weeks ago. How do I check my BGV status? I will be joining in mid May. Also, I have been hiding one of the company where I had worked for 45 days and then absconded due to personal issues. Would it create any trouble? They had created my PF account though. Any help would be highly appreciated
Any recommendations on lume watches

Bi-weekly 1:1s with my direct supervisor. They are scheduled for 30 mins but rarely last that long.

That’s what I expected! But not my reality right now.
We interact, in the sense of having a conversation, frequently, almost always daily. But most of the conversations are pretty cursory. We'll have substantial sessions every other week, and those will usually comprise discussion of particular situations. But day to day we talk, but it's almost like we don't really need to.

Got it. Appreciate the feedback! We definitely don’t speak every day lol
We are in kind of an odd spot right now, a lot of leadership changes and not really meeting consistently with anyone anymore. We have sporadic team meetings and 1:1’s. That being said though, they are at least productive and not just being held for the sake of it.

That’s good! Quality > quantity
With my usual boss, I check in with her weekly, with one-off chats here and there if I need to escalate something. She’s on maternity leave right now, so I report directly into our CCO, who’s a fantastic resource that I don’t want to bother all the time, so we check in every other week or so.
My advice is to determine what you want from your TBs and build a framework—with my usual boss, I try to work through more day-to-day client relationship opportunities, issues, etc. along with my own shorter term goals. With the CCO, I’m trying to learn more about longer term strategic account building and agency initiatives, and only sporadically bring up client issues if I truly need to escalate them.
They’re both really great! They made me truly believe that you don’t quit jobs, you quit bosses—my agency’s transparently a bit of a mess, but the two of them are the reasons I’ve stayed. 😊
